  1.  All applications for participation should be made on the Application Form & submitted to the organizers. Submission of this form will confirm participation and acceptance of
    terms and conditions. The organizers reserve the right to accept or refuse any application without sighting any reason.
  2.  Stalls will be allotted on first come first serve basis, however stalls allotted will be used solely by the participants for display of goods/ products noted in your space contact
    form or on subsequent counter approval by the organizers. Allotment of stall is final only on receipts of 100% payment.
  3. Application Form must be accompanied by 50% contribution towards respective stall charges. The balance 50% should reach the organizers on/before 1st September
    2022.
  4. No alteration to the size or position of an exhibitor stand is permitted without prior written approval of the organizers. The organizers also reserve the right to make alteration
    to the stand and setting of their exhibits as the organizers may reasonably feel necessary to maintain an acceptable standard of presentation and to avoid interference with
    the display of other exhibitors. Such alteration if required, would be done by the exhibitors at the guidance of the organizers.
  5. No banner, placards, etc. will be allowed on the premises or complex or on the roads in the vicinity. Such unauthorised display is liable to be removed by the organizer
    without notice at the cost of the exhibitors. Exhibits must not obstruct the passage.
  6. The Exhibitor, any Company/Organisation participating in TRIBALQUEEN INDIAEXPO 2022 enters into a contract, with the organizer upon submission of this document.
    The participant (Proposed Exhibitor) agrees to participate in the TRIBAL QUEEN INDIA EXPO 2022 and to abide by the terms and conditions handed out to the
    participant, before the Exhibition. In the event of any breach of contract by the participant (Proposed Exhibitor) the participant is liable to pay the stall charges in full to the
    organizer.
  7. No stall should be left unattended during the exhibition. Staff of exhibitors must be present at least one hour before the visiting hours of the exhibition.
  8. No activity which in the opinion of the organizer amounts to nuisance/annoyance will be caused by the exhibitors. The organizers reserves the right to take remedial action
    in such cases.
  9. Exhibits for display – Exhibits for display during the TRIBALQUEEN INDIAEXPO 2022 can be brought into the exhibition ground One day before the inauguration day.
  10. Stall Completion : 24 hrs. prior to the date of inauguration.
  11. Arrangements will be made for providing round the clock security. However, the organizers will not be responsible for any theft, pilferage, loss or damage of any material,
    goods or properties belonging to individual exhibitors at any time before, during or after the exhibition for any cause whatsoever.
  12.  Insurance cost of exhibits against all risk prior to during and after the exhibition should be done by the exhibitors. The organizer will in no way be responsible for any loss or
    damage.
  13. The regulations as prescribed by the concerned Municipal Corporation/ Local Statutory body in respect of entry and exit of the materials, goods etc. of the exhibitors
    to/from the applicable city limits shall be the sole responsibility of the exhibitors & shall be carried out by them entirely at their cost and consequences.
  14. Removal of exhibits : Exhibitors can remove their materials from the exhibition venue between 10am to 5pm on the next day after the completion of the exhibition provided
    they obtain valid “Gate Pass” issued by organiser on receipt of full payment of all dues. Organiser will not be responsible if exhibitor fails to comply with the rules &
    regulations for exhibitors.
  15. Damage to the exhibition ground : Exhibitors will be required to make good all damages or make payment in lieu of damage to the exhibition ground, facilities etc. incurred
    during setting up and/or exhibition period and /or dismantling period.
  16. Cancellation – In case the booking is cancelled after 01st September ’2022, the booking amount will be forfeited.
  17. The organizer reserve the rights to reschedule the event in the interest of the exhibition. In case of unavoidable circumstances, Pandemic, natural calamities, riots etc. the
    exhibitor will not be entitled to claim damages, compensation or refund of any kind other than rescheduling of the event.
  18. The organizer may alter or add new terms and conditions for the benefit of the exhibition. Such terms and conditions will be given in writing and will be binding on all
    exhibitors.
  19. Adjudication, in case of dispute, will be limited to the courts of Bhubaneswar and will be binding on all parties.
  20. The rates does not include any charges for extra lighting, furniture and/or decoration etc. which may be arranged on separate requisition.
  21. The organizer will have a lien over the participants goods in case of any default and or pending payments in any manner.
  22. Security will be available till 14th September 2022 by which time the exhibitors have to vacate their stalls.
  23. The stall charges include the cost of electrical supply of 220 volt, single phase and power backup through generators.
  24. Photography – The organizer reserves the right to photograph any exhibit for his use.
  25. Settlement of dues – Any and all expenses payable by exhibitors must be settled before taking possession of the stall/s and obtain “Clearance Certificate”. The “CC” will be
    valid for taking possession of stalls and “Gate Pass” which will be issued subsequently on the last day of the exhibition to ensure smooth removal of goods from the
    exhibition site. Refer Clause No 15.
  26. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law – All unresolved matters, questions disputes or differences whatsoever arising between the exhibitor and organisers shall be
    settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration and conciliation Act, 1996. The Arbitration agreement contained in this paragraph shall be solely and
    exclusively governed by the laws of India.
  27. Force Majeure – If the exhibition is abandoned, cancelled or suspended in whole or in part by reason of Pandemic, war, fire, national emergency, labour dispute the non
    availability of exhibition premises or any other cause not within the control of the organisers, the organiser may, at their entire discretion, repay the rental paid by the
    exhibtior, or partly thereof, but shall be under no obligation to repay any part of such rental and shall be under no liability in respect of any actions, claims or losses.
  28. I/We agree to accept in strict sense the terms and conditions incorporated in Space Contract Form for Participation in the aforesaid exhibition and further agree that only
    the place of Bhubaneswar has got exclusive Jurisdiction to decide any and every disputes and / or differences, if any, arising out of land / or in respect of
